The Beers

Bored with seeing the same old beer taps on bars? The Queens Head, determined to be different, has one of the most interesting draught beer ranges in Brighton.
It was, for instance, one of the first pubs to serve Blue Moon on tap. Blue Moon is an American wheat beer with a distinctive orangey tang – you’ll not have tasted anything quite like it.
Grolsch Weizen and Grolsch Blond
Alongside it there’s another wheat beer, Grolsch Weizen, and its sister-brew Grolsch Blond, a lighter version of the parent premium lager.
Cobra and Zatec
Then there’s Cobra, usually only found in Indian restaurants but just as good at washing down burgers as curries, and Zatec, imported from the Czech Republic, the home of great lager.
The Three Amigos - Draught Ciders
Add to those three draught ciders, Magners and Gaymer’s Pear and Apple, plus local ales on the handpumps, and you surely must be able to find something you like!
