There’s more than beef to a burger in Lee’s Gourmet Burger kitchen.

You can choose from lamb with tarragon, coriander and mint; pork with apple, red onion, sage and apple sauce; chicken with cajun spices and Shanghai fish with cumin and ginger.

Even vegetarians get a choice - the spicy bean burger features five beans (that's different sorts of beans, not just five beans) and is topped with a tomato, onion and basil tapenade, or you can go for the chickpea and vegetable with grated carrot, celery, onion and garlic.
And for the traditionalist, the beef burger is paired with with Monterey Jack cheese and smoked bacon.
